The new identity, CuVanta Title Services, reflects the company’s strategy to grow its presence across Wisconsin by using technology to streamline real estate transaction workflows. The company emphasizes that this evolution is built upon a foundation of service trusted by clients for over 90 years. As a division of CoVantage Credit Union, the rebrand better positions the entity to support consumers, real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and businesses through reliable closings.
While the name is new, the core offerings and personnel remain consistent. The experienced team that has ensured success continues to provide expert, error-free work for closings. Services such as title insurance and closing services are unchanged. The commitment to rapid turnaround times, responsive communication, and set fees will also be maintained as the company standard.
